･ Fixed a bug introduced by version 2.0.2 where the 'Page Down' menu item had the name the debugger item if there was no debugger installed.

･ Added the enter key. This was requested by a HyperCard user to make executing scripts easier.
Version 2.0.1 - Nov. 14, 1995
･ Fixed a small bug that caused quickly clicking on a key icon to sometimes fail.
･ The Debugger menu item is not shown if no low-level debugger is installed.
･ Extensions Strip savvy. This means that when your module host is ES:
- Clicking on me with modifier key(s) down, while the CPU is busy, will still work if you later release the key(s).
- Clicking and releasing the mouse over any spot of the module will "type" the appropriate key. (Under other module hosts, the click must be directly over the icon, and cannot be in the boundaries of the module, since there is no way to calculate this area.)
- No idle time is used. (All modules open by other module hosts, that strictly follow the Control Strip API, eat idle time.)
･ File size is about 1400 bytes smaller, because 8-bit icons aren't really needed.
Version 2.0 - June 25, 1995
･ Whenever you select an item from the menu, it will be represented by an icon on the strip. If you click on this icon like you would a normal button, the key will be pressed. If you click and hold down the mouse, or drag the mouse outside of the icon's box, the popup menu will appear, allowing you to choose another key. Special thanks to Toby D Sanchez for this idea and for making the icons.
･ If you select a key in the menu while holding down a modifier (ex. shift, option, ect.), it will be combined in the posted event with the selected key. This was requested by a QuicKeys user for special combinations that use the Option key.
･ The code is 342 bytes smaller now, even though I added many features!

Description:
Keyboard Extender is a control strip module for easily accessing all the keys not present on old style PowerBooks, and older keyboards like the one on my SE/30.
Feature summary:
･ Click the module to show popup menu of all the keys. These keys are: all the Fkeys, clear (num lock), enter, help, forward delete, Home, End, Page Up, and Page Down.
･ Whenever you select an item from the menu, it will be represented by an icon on the strip. If you click on this icon like you would a normal button, the key will be pressed. If you click and hold down the mouse, or drag the mouse outside of the icon's box, the popup menu will appear, allowing you to choose another key.

･ If you have a debugger installed, then you can switch into it.
･ Distribution:
Keyboard Extender may be distributed freely, but it must remain in its unmodified entirety. It can be put on disks and CD-ROMs that charge a reasonable fee for the cost of distributing it. I would appreciate a copy each of any such disks or CD-ROMs so that I know what it is being distributed on, but it is not a necessity. Thank you.
